The training is a combination of classroom training as well as hands-on, on-the-job-experience. We also pioneer the industry with our training substation (a low-voltage substation built and energized on our property) which is used to train our employees before they enter the field.Although management at all levels is required to ensure that all safety, health and environmental policies are strictly adhered to, we believe that safety and accident prevention are the principle responsibility of both management and employees alike.Our objective is to create a safety culture throughout the organization that will cause all employees to be aware of their surroundings and actions.
